A combination of metallic and non-metallic materials. Suitable for low and high temperature/ pressure applications.

Spiral Wound Gaskets
Suitable up to class 2500 B16.5 flanges, and other non standard applications.
-
Style G- To suite tongue and groove or male and female flanges.
-
Style OG- To suite flat face and raised face flanges. Gasket is composed of an outer ring.
-
Style OGI- To suite flat face and raised face flanges. Gasket is composed of an outer ring and inner ring.
-
Style LD- To suite class 150 and class 300 flanges where there is a concern about excessive allowable bolt loads.
-
Style ETG- To suite elevated temperatures where graphite would oxidise.

Metallic serrated core with a sealing layer on both sides. Performance is comparable to spiral wound gaskets. Suitable up to class 2500 B16.5 flanges, and other non standard applications. Better suited than spiral wound gaskets for large diameter flanges and heat exchangers.
-
Style KG-1 – The kamprofile gasket is composed of a concentrically serrated metal core bonded on each face with a soft sealing material.
-
Style KG-2 - The kamprofile gasket is composed of a concentrically serrated metal core bonded on each face with a soft sealing material. The gasket is manufactured with an integral outer ring.
-
Style KG-3 - The kamprofile gasket is composed of a concentrically serrated metal core bonded on each face with a soft sealing material. These gaskets are manufactured with a floating outer ring.

Metal Jacketed Gaskets
A sealing layer within a metal jacket. The jacket provides pressure resistance, and the sealing layer provides resiliency. Commonly used in heat exchangers.
